Speaker bio:
Kathy was born in Hawaii, has a Bachelor's Degree in Education and taught for many years before becoming an International Coaching Federation Certified Life Coach. She opened her business in Kamloops, Find Strength in Action Life Coaching in 2009. She provides coaching and LomiLomi Hawaiian massage on Fridays in her office at The Bodymind Centre on Victoria Street in downtown Kamloops. Kathy is dedicated to continued learning and moving forward herself as well as helping others become the best that they can be.
