5 major companies in the past 5 yrs have been caught using adulterated substances such as banned drugs in their supplements. Many companies use synthetic sources which your body can't absorb. Others supplements don't have the whole profile of the nutrient. For example there are 8 omega 3's not 2 which most supplements have. Throughout our workshop we will share what to look for in protein, Vitamin E, acidophilus, Omega 3's, Vitamin C, CoQ10, Essential grain oils, Carotenoids, Garlic, and minerals.
