The ketogenic diet is the most sustainable yet least looked upon in North America. Ketosis was used as a primary fuel source thousands of years ago and is still the most sustainable way of proper eating but there's unfortunately a large lack of nutritional knowledge these days, with food adverstisements telling us what to fill our bodies with and most foods containing ingredients such as sugar and ingredients which are unpronounceable! There's still much outdated information about diet and exercise, including Canada's food guide to "healthy eating". You will learn what foods to eat that will promote greater mental clarity, focus, awareness,  better digestion and fat loss.
