Qi gong is an embodied healing and spiritual practice that involves gentle moments, stretching, focused breath work and whole body relaxation and meditative awareness. An ancient Chinese practice developed 7000 years ago as a form of prayer and communication with nature. Currently Qi gong is practiced around the world as a healing practice for oneself, enhancing athletic and martial arts capabilities, as well as cultivating spiritual awareness. Also known as Chinese yoga, Qi gong is known for its low impact exercise, gentile and fluid movements and scientifically proven health benefits.
