Begin your day with this energizing beginning to intermediate yoga practice called Slow Flow Vinyasa. This class will focus on posture and alignment through guidance of a wide variety of poses. We'll work at a pace for each student with a variety of options. Slow Flow is guaranteed to release tension through the neck, back and shoulders and leave your heart and head ready for the day and open to self care and rejuvenation.
