As a former crisis worker, Bonita provides support for stress, and techniques for overcoming anxiety. Bonita has 25 years of experience as a Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, 8 years as an Advanced PSYCH-K Facilitator, and 10 years as a Yin Yoga Instructor and more than 20 years as a speaker.

Bonita is a soprano with Kelowna Community Chorus, performing at Carnegie Hall in 2019. She is a yoga teacher for BrainTrust and webmaster for the British Columbia Therapeutic Touch Association.

Bonita has been a journalist, writer, editor of Your Workplace — a business magazine, software developer, university administrator and crisis counsellor, before she devoted herself full-time to being a coach. Bonita is a speaker and workshop facilitator offering keynotes on leadership, intuition in the workplace, neuroplasticity and the healthy aging brain, and entrepreneurship. In her free time, Bonita is a soprano with Kelowna Community Chorus, performing at Carnegie Hall in 2019.
